German fleet market up in 2021, but Private sales down

So far this year 598,1 thousand true fleet vehicles have been sold in Germany, which is 28,2 thousand more than last year.

The total market so far for the year is 2017,6 thousand, down with -24,2 thousand units. Private Sales decreased with -8,9%, which represent around -66,1 thousand vehicles. The most popular car amongst private buyers has been the FIAT DUCATO with 24696 sales, followed by the VW GOLF (20793), and the TESLA MODEL 3 (16865). Number 1 fleet seller has been the VW PASSAT (24149) so far, while the VW GOLF (21902) comes in second. The podium is completed by the SKODA OCTAVIA (19886).
