Your Job at Dataforce!

What we offer

Our employees agree that our “togetherness” and the working atmosphere associated with it are something very special. The industry topic is exciting and a comprehensive product portfolio round out the picture of an extraordinary company.

As a creative and innovative company in which the opinions of individual employees are important, we rely heavily on trust. We also attach great importance to “working independently” with our own areas of responsibility. Each individual employee is appreciated for his or her work and discussions are always open and level regardless of hierarchical position.

We are a cosmopolitan company with a family like atmosphere, constantly communicating with each other on both interdepartmental and intradepartmental basis. Our outstanding teamwork enables us to meet new challenges not only successfully but with a high degree of satisfaction and enjoyment.

Depending on position and area of responsibility, we also offer, among other things:

  • Flexible working hours
  • Home office arrangements
  • Food vouchers
  • Company mobile phone and laptop
  • Support for further training
  • Personal feedback talks
  • Company bonus and company pension
  • Company fitness
  • Good transport connections
  • Cakes in the kitchen all the time
  • Etc.

Who we’re looking for

Candidates with team spirit, commitment, initiative and a positive attitude play an important role across all positions. These attributes alongside, analytical thinking and a high willingness to learn help to round out the profile of the perfect employee.

Our daily work subject matter is quite complex, so we are always interested by applicants, who have dealt a little with the subject and accordingly have an idea of the area in which we are active.

How we work

We start with a short telephone interview in which you have the opportunity to introduce yourself, while we explain Dataforce in more detail. The next step is meeting your potential team leader/manager (in person).

If you make a positive impression in both cases, we will invite you to a trial day. During these 4–6 hours you will have the opportunity to learn more about your workday and spend time interacting with your potentially new colleagues. There is usually a discussion with the higher-level management and a small task including presentation rounds off the day.

After a positive trial day, we would obtain references about you from your former superiors and/or colleagues – after which we then make a decision.

These processes ensures that we can make our best impression on you and that you too do not make “a blind leap of faith”, but know what your future tasks are likely to be and whether you will get along well with your colleagues.
