Dutch fleet market down in 2021, also Private sales down

Frankfurt, 06.07.21

So far this year 65,8 thousand true fleet vehicles have been sold in the Netherlands, which is -2,3 thousand less than last year.

The total market so far for the year is 163,2 thousand, up with 5,2 thousand units. Private Sales decreased with -2,7%, which represent around -1,7 thousand vehicles. The most popular car amongst private buyers has been the KIA PICANTO with 3032 sales, followed by the TOYOTA YARIS (2489), and the KIA NIRO (2480). Number 1 fleet seller has been the SKODA OCTAVIA (2254) so far, while the VOLVO XC40 (1655) comes in second. The podium is completed by the VW POLO (1635).
