The passenger car market grew by +3% to 199183 units, the commercial vehicle market declined -7.2% to 18133 units.
2022 biggest passenger cars brands in Germany are: VW, MERCEDES and BMW. The top ranked commercial vehicle brands are MERCEDES, VW and FORD. Best sold model so far is the VW GOLF, with 56002 registrations, followed by the VW T-ROC, that found 39268 customers. The podium is completed by the 33750 units of the VW TIGUAN. For commercial vehicles, the best sold vehicles are the MERCEDES SPRINTER (17061), the VW TRANSPORTER (12172), and the MERCEDES VITO with 11565 units.
